Ingredients:

5 cups low fat milk
1 cup makhanas
1 tbsp sugar substitute
1/4 tsp nutmeg (jaiphal) powder
3-4 strands of kesar
1 tsp ghee

Preparation:
1. Heat the ghee in a pan, add the makhanas and saute for 2-3 minutes till they are crisp.
2. Remove from fire and crush slightly
3. Heat the milk in non stick pan and when it comes to boil, add the crushed makhanas and simmer for about 1 to 2 minutes
4. Add the sugar substitute, nutmeg powder and saffron and mix well. remove from the flame

Serve hot..
