Ingredients:
Potatoes – 3 to 4 (boiled and mashed)
Spring onions – 1 cup
Carrots – 1 cup
Capsicum – 1 cup
Chilly sauce – 2 tblsps
Soya Sauce – 1 tblsp
Ajinomoto – A pinch
Salt – As per taste
Garlic – 1 tblsp – chopped
Ginger – 1 tblsp – chopped
Green chillies – 1 tblsp – chopped
Oil to fry


Method
Heat oil. Add garlic, green chillies, ginger, spring onions, carrots, capsicum, chilly sauce, soya sauce, ajinomoto, salt.

Fry a little. Mix well. Cook. Keep aside and let cool.

Add mashed potatoes to it alongwith some salt, green chillies and some spring onions. Make cutlets. Dip in maida batter & then in breadcrumbs.

Deep fry.
